WNL Series Horizontal Inner Chain Grate Stoker Boiler
Introduction

    This series boilers are horizontal, inner burned, three-passes coal or RDF fired steam boiler, the main parts include boiler body, chain grate storker, front and back flue gas boxes, boiler base, accessories and electric control system. The boiler body is a shell with three-passes, the combustion chamber is formed of wave shape tube, this structure can absorb expanding of the chamber and can improve the rigidity of the chamber; the convection flue pass is constructed with spiral tubes, it can enhance the heat transfer and thermal efficiency. The chain grate storker are light chain straps stoker which drove by direct current motor and planet cycloid gear-box; the wind distribute system is used to ensure complete burning.

    This series are also equipped with high efficiency multi-tube type dust collector, to lover the flue gas dense.

Vertical thermal oil boiler, utilizing the way of automatically stuff-transmating by chain for the grates in row. Heating volume maybe at 350kWto 14,000 kW, size on the grain of coal is between 1/4" and 2".
